The Telangana Education & Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation has invited bids for the construction of a Young India Integrated Residential School (YIIRS) complex in the Mudhole Assembly constituency of Nirmal district.
The project is valued at ₹131.74 crore, with a completion timeline of 18 months from the date of commencement.
The scope of work includes building a modern, multi-storey educational facility with comprehensive infrastructure. Contractors are required to have prior experience in executing similar large-scale projects in India, such as schools, colleges, public buildings, or residential complexes involving RCC or composite structures.
The project also covers mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, elevators, façade development, external site development, and complete finishing.
The last date for submission of bids is May 21, 2026.
